Our coffee talk series brings the best of health education right to your community.
Coffee talk classes are usually 90 minutes and on introductory topics such as understanding complementary medicine, stress intervention, or exploring the mind/body connection. In addition, these courses are easy to attend as the meet in the early evenings in local coffee and tea houses. These classes are often very informative but provide plenty of room for discussion.
